My skin was very sensitive and irritated for a while, but I had no problems even in the eye area. I haven't used it under makeup, but I don't think there's a problem. very liquid, easy to spread. I have been putting my daily spf dose divided into two times at a distance of 20 minutes and I had no problems. recomended for whoever need a good spf (especially for beginners)

Annelies BiesiagaGoodMay 10, 2021It's a good sunscreen and it doesn't sting my eyes which is really important to me. I like the finish it gives me but unfortunately I can't wear this under make up because no matter what I do, it will pill so that really sucks... I will continue to use it when I'm not wearing make up and I wear it on my hands and arms as well but I will probably not buy this one again because of the pilling.

truekellygree...Not great for under makeupJanuary 28, 2021It is a fantastic sunscreen because once it dries down, it forms a film. However, because of the film forming property this really does not work with makeup. Any buffing, dabbing, tapping or whatever, it starts to disrupt the film and results in pilling. Once it pills that is the end of story.
I have given it a 2 star rating because I have never used a sunscreen so user un-friendly. -

KalleGlue like and dryingAugust 17, 2021I didn’t enjoy this sunscreen at all. Smells like glue, which wouldn’t be a problem if the results were good. This has a sticky, hard to spread texture and it balls up like glue on my skin. Also very drying, yet shiny. Terrible if you use the recommended amount. Really only works for me as the last sunscreen reapplication of the day.

It pills under makeup and on top on skincare and it also feels very drying but also sticky?..it leaves a very weird residue. I can’t even use it on my arms because it just pills without any other products added to it! I’m quite disappointed because I love japanese sunscreens, I’ll try to use this up while I’m at home and then switch back to the skin aqua super moisture essence.
