I spray before blow drying and it protects my hair from the heat so it doesn’t look dry. doesn’t weight hair down and my hair is super fine. it sprays a very fine mist so you don’t need much product.

ou.jess...light scent, good sprayJanuary 24, 2022I use this specifically for heat protection/rough drying my hair on nights when I don’t wash (but don’t use a shower cap so hair inevitably gets a little damp). Is it effective? I don’t know, since I alternate with other more intensive products on wash days. 😅 The spray is great, will saturate over lightly misting which is what I expect you’d want from a restyler. Doesn’t leave hair feeling clean but it’s not gross either. I’m sensitive to fragrance, especially in my hair products, and this doesn’t bother me. Seems to dissipate quickly too.
