It ony frizzes up my blown out hair when using it dry, but it makes my hair feels nice and soft when I spray it on after shower before blowdrying. I don't think I'll be repurchasing it but I'll use it up.

I spritz it on my hair in the morning in between washing and it definitely gives me a nice boost of moisture. Try it!
