ChristieLightweight TonerApril 11, 2023Honestly all the products I've tried in the water bank blue line up have been good, and this toner is no exception. That being said, of the products, I would say this one is probably one you could easily get a cheaper product that does the same thing of, but I do like this toner. It's very lightweight, has more of a water consistency to it rather than being slightly viscous like a lot of other toners have. It dries down quickly, hydrates, and layers really well over other toners. I think if you're oily like me, this is a good toner to layer over other toners to get a hydrated but not oily or heavy feel on your skin. Personally I like it enough that I've repurchased it a few times. It really made my skin nice and soft, and it works really well with the other toners in my lineup which is why I haven't stopped using it yet. Overall, I think if you're looking for another lightweight toner to layer over a few other toners, this product is a good one.

JulieQuick absorption and moisturisingJanuary 27, 2023I use this product on high sun exposure days because I feel my skin needs to breathe more than to slap on thicker products. I substitute this product with the emulsion depending on the amount of sun exposure and temperature. I find some skin products to be too thick that my skin finds it suffocating. This essence toner is almost like a serum. It's really thin and light which gets absorbed into the skin really fast. I am currently experiencing summer so I find this product to help with locking in moisture after sun exposure. I don't like the feeling of thick skin products on a hot night.
I give this product 4 stars because I don't really like the packaging. It's just a twist cap and from previous experience with similar products, when I travel and bring these items along, there is leakage. I wish packaging was a pump or something sealed so there is no potential contamination into the bottle. I prefer a sealed container.
