AlexFairly nice productNovember 5, 2020I bought this after looking at a magazine where they tested the actual SPFs and PPDs of sunscreens... this was one of the few that actually met the SPF 50 PA++++ criteria that was relatively economical. (test results were SPF 64.6 PPD 27.8).
Its consistency may night be as elegant as many Asian sunscreens, but it is definitely leagues better than American greasy sun creams. It sinks in fairly well and has a bit of a sticky after-feel. Makeup works well on top, no pilling.
I took off a star for the smell. It has the traditional Nivea suncream smell, not sure how to describe it but it is typical of western sunscreens. I don't really like the smell, especially since I'm using this on my face, but it does fade after a couple minutes.
Overall this is a good sunscreen, very nice protection, but probably one I would not want to use every day.
