mikayelg9...Retinol Shot Tightening SerumDecember 4, 2025I purchased this retinol shot having tried the tube previously (as depicted) which consisted of Retinal 0.1%, Panthenol 1% & Matrixyl 3000 3 %. This serum instead of Matrixyl has 9 Peptide Complex, so I was eager to try and enjoy this serum as well.
Note that you should be cautious with the amount applied on your skin. A pea size is more than enough. -

As someone with VERY sensitive skin, I do two: first on the top of my arm because of the thicker skin, then on my inner elbow. It's been a week since I did the top of my arm with no reactions, so on to my inner elbow.
Also, if you are new to retinoids/have sensitive skin, let your skin dry 20 minutes before applying retinoids, and 20 minutes after, because moisture will increase absorption. Apply on top of a skincare item or two after said dry time (This product recommends the layer under as part of the instructions). And DO NOT slug with them. -

It layers very well with moisturizer and does not cause pilling which makes it easy to use in my night routine. This is a great option for anyone who wants real retinol results with a formula that remains gentle and reliable. -

Solo una nota, no se les ocurra salir al sol sin protector ni siquiera un segundo, un segundo es suficiente para que te arda la cara, así que mucho muidado. -
