I cannot attest to long term results as I only used it weekly, but it's temporary effects are really nice.

I found them to be quite soothing and hydrating when I tried them during the cold Korean winter. However, somehow they didn't quite measure up in the milder Hong Kong winter, feeling a bit less effective. Overall, a solid calming and nourishing sheet mask, though the thick texture may not suit all skin types year-round.
