I have bleach damaged hair that is quite thin and gets knotted super easily but since using this my hair stays silky smooth throughout the day and I have no tangles whatsoever! I find you only need to use a pretty small amount too so the tub should last quite some time which is always nice! If you have damaged hair I highly highly recommend
