I use it in the morning and in the evening and it hydrated my skin so much leaving it glowy and giving me glass skin. the ingredients in this toner are amazing because they are moisturizing, brightening and calming at the same time. I haven't been using this toner for too long, but I notice clear improvements in my skin and it's condition: I have less breakouts and even if I do, they heal quickly. 👍I like it a lot.
