hollygreat!July 13, 2026ive been taking this for my energy levels and to help me fix myself. I had an ed years ago and my hair is still not the same. I have noticed better energy levels. and becuase I have trouble remembering to eat/ make food and eat it, having handy easy to swallow supplements like these really helps me. I will make further comments in a few months on the progress with things like my hair. I read that prenatals are better than regular women’s vitamins so that is why I made this purchase.
I also have fairly heavy painful periods with lots of little clots and will report on my fatigue levels in a few months 🫶🏻 -
