P CMulti-purpose cream for dry skin & hands!December 6, 2025Though it doesn't specifically advertise as a hand cream, I personally use this cream on my dry & severely cracked hands due to the weather and hand-washing and it works brilliantly to soothe it upon first application! It creates a barrier upon application through MLE, non-sticky and not greasy either. It works for every dry skin concerns! I'm happy that atopalm released a tube version of it so it's easy to carry on the go and more hygienic!
