The spatula included in the kit is very convenient for application, but I advise simply dipping the device into the jar, this way the consumption is lower and the microcurrents pass better

It's pretty easy to use and there are several settings. I use a gel cream then wash my face after. The cooling setting is really nice for under eyes!
