It has a very nice creamy feel which is slightly more hydrating than the normal BOJ one. Also, its less shiny/glowy than the skin1004 suncreen which is nice. It is not matte per se but just less shiny. If you have dry skin or even oily, you would like this. I have really dry skin so i cannot use this as my moisturizer but you could get away with it if you dont have dry skin. i like teh small size for travel. i could get like 3-4 days of generous application out of it
