GfloMe encanta este productoJuly 3, 2026Este stick de kombucha se ha vuelto mi bebida de las mañanas, lo disuelvo en agua fría (también funciona bien con agua con gas, para un toque un poco más burbujeante) 🍋 Está hecho con polvo de kombucha derivado de té verde de Boseong, Corea, junto con 17 tipos de lactobacilos, así que apunta a apoyar la salud digestiva.
Cada sobre tiene solo 15-16 kcal, sin azúcar añadida (usa edulcorantes como stevia enzimática y sucralosa), y aporta el 100% de la vitamina C diaria recomendada, además de fructooligosacáridos, aminoácidos y un mix de vitaminas y minerales. El sabor es cítrico, refrescante, con un toque de limón y lima que no resulta empalagoso.
Lo tomo como parte de mi rutina de bienestar, sobre todo antes o después de hacer ejercicio, o simplemente como alternativa a las bebidas azucaradas. Es práctico por venir en sticks individuales, fácil de llevar a cualquier lado. Como con cualquier producto que contiene probióticos y fibra, si es tu primera vez consumiendo kombucha, ve probando gradualmente para ver cómo lo tolera tu cuerpo. Un básico ligero y refrescante para sumar a la rutina diaria. -
