2008flygir...Convenient and it seems to work ...March 22, 2026Only had it for a few days so a bit early to tell, but whether it is just placebo effect or for real, I do feel slightly more energetic in the last few days. Instead of taking it in the morning, I add it to a cup of hot/warm water as a pick-me-up drink in the afternoon. While some may find it a little bitter, I love the fact that it is not loaded with sugar. Ginseng IS supposed to taste bitter!
