wqptjrc5z...best liner, hands downMarch 1, 2026I’ve never used a non liquid liner that had such a small tip and that wouldn’t budge or smudge. I’m in Canada and tried all sorts of pencil liners because I like them more than liquid generally. but I have hooded eyes and need something with a finer point to get close to my lash line and not take up the entire, tiny bit of lid space I do have visible and most pencils and such have a pretty thick tip and end up smudging and fading.
