glamwithrit...Incredible!!!November 17, 2025The Madeca 2X Tightening Pad works really well for my oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin. The pad is soaked in plenty of essence and feels cooling and refreshing when applied. I like that it gently exfoliates without being harsh and the salicylic acid helps keep my pores clear while niacinamide controls oil and brightens. My skin feels smoother and slightly firmer after using it. The only thing to be careful of is the textured side, it can feel a bit strong if my skin is irritated, so I use it a few times a week instead of daily. Overall, it’s a great pore-care pad that manages to tighten, refine texture and calm the skin at the same time

I leave them on for 15 minutes after washing my face, or i simply swipe it across my face if i’m in a rush. There’s also a tweezer that comes with it, making it more convenient to grab the pads. I have dry/combo acne prone, sensitive skin btw
