Retirar paso 1 de la nariz y apretar sutilmente la nariz, no seais muy bruscos que la piel lo nota, y salen automaticamente sin esfuerzo.
(Yo no uso los palitos que vienen en la caja)
Una vez sacados los filamentos sebaceos, poner PASO 2 y dejar reposar 20 MINUTOS.
Una vez acabado con estos productos, aplicar mascarilla hidratante de tela durante otros 20 minutos.
Al retirar, dejamos que se asorba y a continuación aplicamos una crema hidratante y a dormir. Al día siguiente, te lavas la cara con un limpiador suave no muy agresivo, y listo.
Una nariz, suave y perfecta.

After using the first strip and leaving it on my nose for 20mins, i remove it and use the cotton bud, or blackhead tool to gently push out all the gunk! Thanks to this amazing product enriched in essence which really softens the nose in order to make extraction easy. I tend not to use the buds that come with it and prefer to use a blackhead remover tool as its stronger. The first time i used it the black/white heads rolled out of my nose with ease. I use it once a month and now its only some whiteheads remaining. Highly highly recommend this!!
