It's effective and good. It has quality ingredients. I like that it contains both lactic acid and niacinamide in one product, which saves me time on my skincare routine. I'm satisfied with it.

I have post acne red marks and was never able to get rid of them but ever since I started using this it really helped tone down my skin!! I have sensitive skin and it did not burn or react badly to this product which i’m really glad about as I was a bit nervous to use it. it’s definitely worth a try if you’re struggling with stubborn redness that does not go away!

Works well for post-acne marks and anti-inflammation, but flares up rosacea whenever applied. I've used the 10% version and I feel like this is less drying than the 10% one. Would repurchase the 5% version.

I not used azelaic acid before and found this to not be irritating and did the job of introducing me to azelaic acid. I’m now on the 10% which again is fine. sticky texture but dries down eventually and leaves a shine on the skin. used twice a day with no problem.
