I'm really sensitive to smell and I have to turn on my fan when I use it. I would highly recommend you use it with a good moisturizer. Seems like a lot of work but in the few days I've been using it I've seen a real difference in my skin. I have cystic acne as well as the regular on the surface acne. Most surprising was that it has really helped my cystic acne. I haven't had any product ever help reduce my cystic acne but this does. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Ruxreal saviourOctober 29, 2020I sometimes get rashes of bad acne on my shoulders and arms, and using this made it a lot easier! It is a bit strong and stings when the acne is new, but after a few days it all goes away and without inflammation of the skin, it keeps it under control. I have very sensitive skin and it is suitable though. The bottle also is big enough to last for many months as you don't need to use it after all signs of acne go away from the area you've been applying it.
