It quickly eliminates spots and is hugely effective at preventing them too (rubbing all over my cheeks and forehead has significantly reduced my acne). It has a strong tea-tree-esque smell, slightly medical but rather pleasant. One thing is that it is very sticky and doesn't absorb well (I still have to wash off residue after a night with the cream on).
