NoraBenefits of spirulinaApril 20, 2024Crazy rhythm of life. There is no time to cook. There is no time for a lunch break. This supplement is more like medicine for the stomach and for the body. Not a very pleasant taste, but medicine is not always pleasant. You can add a spoonful of honey and then it will be better to smoke. I drink it in the morning and in the evening and it helps me avoid stomach problems.

TeresaEasy to mix into things!April 3, 2024Just got this and started today. I added some hot water to make it easier to mix but it’s super fine I don’t think it needs the hot water. It is not good by itself. I added honey, collagen powder, chia seeds, and yogurt and it tastes wonderful. I can’t read the packaging so I’m not sure what its benefits are but I think it’s supposed to be healthy-_- I am drinking this every morning for breakfast and also added protein powder for my bfs drink. You can really add it to anything! I have been on a drive to look for something that will help my bloating and gut health. Will update after a few weeks.
