olgavery goodOctober 16, 2025I’ve been making my reaserch a long time before getting these, the package is easy to take , the sachet is perforated so it’s easy to open and take the powder anywhere you are. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach so the powder can get better absorbed, the powder has a milk like flavor and is a bit sweet , don’t put the whole thing in teh mouth can be a bit much at first , don’t drink anything hot 30 minutes after you took it as prebiotics get killed and you will see no effect. Take the sachet directly in your mouth slowly dosing the powder , you can try taking it by mixing with water but it gets clumps and some of the product will stick to the glass walls and you loose it so better directly in your mouth. Stay healthy! 🥰
