Marina Saprykinasleeping like babyApril 8, 2026I m having trouble sleeping, usually no problem falling asleep but waking up around 2,3 and trouble begins. I did try those sticks and it was good, no waking up or fall asleep quick after awakening. Im actually just poor it in my mouth , it's taste fine, and, yes,lemony aftertaste. I will buy it again for sure, especially if it's on sale!

CeciSlight improvementApril 30, 2026I’ve heard a lot about (GABA) helping with sleep. I’ve used it on days when I feel physically tired but can’t fall asleep, and it does seem to help me relax and settle down enough to drift off. athe separate sachets really great covenient for travelling use.
