I really enjoyed trying this tea! It has a pleasant, refreshing taste and is very easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I like drinking it after meals because it feels light and refreshing without being too strong. I haven’t noticed any dramatic weight-loss effects, but I enjoy it as a complementary drink alongside a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. I usually drink it after breakfast, before lunch. It is not recommended to drink it in the evening before going to bed -
SupiiFillingJune 14, 2026So I got the drink with the D-Day pills. I drank a smoothie (yoghurt, berried, milk, oats and cia seeds) every morning and then I'd drink this until noon. And every time it was time for lunch, I felt soooo full! I barely managed to eat a quarter of my food. In the evening I had also normal meals (i make food in the evening, eat it and the second portion is next day's lunch). I did workouts every 2nd day and still lost 2kg in 14 days time! So I managed to lose weight while building muscle, which is awesome. I only had the D-Day pills 5 days since I completely forgot about them.
I had to take the jelly in the afternoon cuz my lunch was so weak that I'd feel like starving before I came home. And I think it is better to switch things up. Now I will try to use this tea in the later afternoon to reduce the dinner meals. We need our energy during the day and the evenings can be lighter. Will update how that works out. -
