keeps my energy going throughout the day, even if i dont have time for eating until i get home at late.
only thing i dislike is the jelly texture, its a bit "more" than i had expected. however.. this is my second time purchasing, so its not BAD enough to skip. just slight personal sensory issues, that is easy to ignore though
