yanilac...Delicious but more for on-the-goMay 24, 2026way more delicious than the powder form plus no bitter aftertaste! it seems from its ingredients that it's just jelly made from insoluble fiber which will help you feel a little bit full longer after a meal.
I'd recommend this if you are someone who is more on-the-go and need a quick appetite suppressant after eating out but tbh there are more effective ways to take in fibre and more money-conscious too if you're more of a home cook :) -

Lo que si he notado es que antes me inflamaba mucho al comer cualquier cosa, literalmente sentía mi estómago como un globo, pero después de empezar a consumir toda la línea esa parte ha mejorado mucho y ahora puedo comer de todo sin inflamarme. -
