EmmeBetter than a lot of fibers - My daily one nowDecember 16, 2025I used to take just plain psyllium husk, then metamucil (sp) and other varieties like it. Ive been a fiber taker for 10 years easy. This one has worked far better than any of them. I feel way less puffy and do feel more full throughout the day. Just more balanced and satisfied. Very good product.

Es ist etwas ungewohnt das Granulat runter zu schlucken und man soll 500ml dazu trinken, was schon recht vie ist auf einmal. Man gewöhnt sich dran. Aber eine besondere Wirkung kann ich nach jetzt 5 Tagen noch nicht fest stellen.. ich beobachte es weiter :)

danaWeird pebblesJune 10, 2025I thought it would be a powder but it's not. It's like little pebbles. They don't dissolve in water. When it said drink with appropriate amount of water I thought because it's fiber that's what you do. No you need water because you're swallowing a tablespoon of rocks. It's not hard to swallow it's like taking a handful of pills. It was just unexpected.
