I started losing weight a couple months ago (on purpose; I eat much healthier and balanced, and I also started exercising regularly), but even after some lifestyle changes, I had irregular bowel movements and was bloated constantly, as well as, well, being gassy. Decided to do something about it, so I ordered this, the cutology supplement and everbikini’s gluthatione, so full disclaimer, I take those two as well once daily (so I only take one of this, and one-one of the other two, usually all of them after breakfast).
Night and day! I can’t talk about the weight loss effects since I have been losing weight steadily even before this, but it for sure improved my metabolism and bowel problems. I’m more regular now and without going into detail (this is rather embarrassing, but I hope it’ll help people reading this), the quality improved as well, I’m not bloated at all, I feel so so so much better in my body on the daily. Genuinely a game changer for me! I wholeheartedly recommend it (and honestly, the other two as well) to anybody that might need a little help in that area. Do pay attention to eat healthy though!
The pill is incredibly bitter and on the larger side, so some people might have problems with that, just a heads up. Take it with loads of water and power through the taste. -

KarlaMUY BUENASOctober 21, 2025La función de estas pastillas es ayudarte a ir al baño después de haber comido y la verdad es que su función la hacen MUY BIEN, cuando las tomo créanme que les causará esa necesidad pero no como malestar, no causan dolor de estómago ni nada, es solo que facilitan esa necesidad, a mi me gustan mucho, me hacen sentir muy ligera, son una después de la comida y otra después de la cena, por una extraña razón me hacen más efecto después de la cena, pienso que es porque no ceno tanto, así que creo que estas pastillas funcionan bien cuando comes una buena porción de comida.

Sofia Hernandezincreíble!October 6, 2025Uno de los mejores suplementos que eh comprado, anteriormente compré otros suplementos que era parecido a este pero era más caro y solo tenía para 10 días, este mes duro 2 meses y realmente es genial, ya que yo tengo un metabolismo súper lento y de milagro iba 3 veces al baño en LA SEMANA! y con este iba a al baño todos los días, no es agresivo y no te dan ganas de ir al baño a casa rato como otros que eh probado por lo cual es genial, baje de peso de forma saludable y creo que hasta te da energía😅 Definitivamente lo recomiendo! 😉✨
