I have dry textured skin and I use a ton of actives like retinoids, PDRN, AHA/BHA, Niacinamide and this feels like the water that puts down the fire created by those actives. Unlike a lot of toners I have tried before, it is light, provides great hydration (my skin drinks it up like water), not sticky or greasy whatsover, and gets absorbed very well rather than just sitting on top of my skin then evaporating. And most importantly, it does not irritate my skin or break me out.
