Jennifer Plotnikoffsurprisingly as good as the hypeJanuary 14, 2026I resisted trying this toner because of all of the hype, but I love the mugwort line from this brand and so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm sorry(?) to say it lives up to the hype - at least for me. I find a lot of other milky toners a bit too heavy or greasy but this one is just perfection for me - maybe it's the niacinimide? my skin LOVES niacinimide in products. It's super hydrating and a lovely in between the watery toner and gel moisturizer. Nice for layering with or without makeup. I use it at night and during the day. It's great for sensitive skin except I would be cautious if you react to niacinimide because this might not be it for you. My skin is sensitive and loves this except I avoid putting it on my eyelids as I get a slight tingle (no redness) so just to be safe I avoid my lids - however I can put this right under my under eyes and it's a great hydrator under makeup, no stinging or sensitivity.
