The toner has a really thick, viscous consistency than most toners, and kind of has a similar texture to a serum or essence. I really like how its hydrating and it absorbs pretty quickly. I didn't break me out which was great and was like kind of similar to skin1004 probio-cica toner but without the centella extract. It's now part of my everyday routine

Very hydrating not sticky, the texture is watery but pretty thick, rather serum like, but sinks in perfectly and works well with everything. Love to add this to my DIY masks.
