The warmth isn’t super intense, more like a cozy background heat - so it's great for mild tension but might not cut it if you need deep muscle relief. AngelinaNiceAugust 23, 2025As soon as you open the package, the patches start heating up. It feels nice and warm (not too hot). I preferred put it on my legs but it works well with my back. I definitely don’t recommend putting it on your back if you move a lot. adhesive is well, but with movements it gets loose.

KelseyHelped to relieve crampsAugust 6, 2025I bought these thermo patches as I can suffer quite bad cramps in my thighs and lower stomach. These have been incredible at relieving the pain. They heat nicely. The patch sticks well and does not peel off. I will be stocking up on these. There also great to store in your bag whilst your out and about.
