I use them if I’m out and don’t have access to a heating pad and these work just as good , you can also use on your back or anywhere you have pains and it really helps . it’s not painfully sticky , and I have baby hairs so I thought it would hurt but it didn’t

these are much better than anything you can get in the usa. amazing patch lasts all day! when my back hurts from running or if I'm really cold and can't get warm i use these, they are fabric not plastic so it doesn't make you sweat.

I've already used this kind of patches for my lower back and neck pain, but they were pretty big for the neck and expensive. These ones are really cheap per piece, especially if you buy the bigger boxes. They are really descreet, so great if you want to use them during the day under the clothes. That size is small, perfect for the neck zone. They adhere well, they didn't leave any glue residue on my skin and they last long (I apply them for 4-5 hours and the end they are equally warm than at the beginning).

I bought these but I haven't tried them yet. My husband has been using them on his lower back to help with pain and he really loves them. He said they stay warm for a loooong time and help to release tension and pain. 10/10 from him! I'll have to order more now.

Sí da calor pero no demasiado, por no decir casi nada. No se me pego bien y tuve que usar esparadrapo para mantenerlo pegado. Es practico si tienes que salir de casa (lo usaré en estas situaciones) pero es mejor una bolsa de agua caliente o una esterilla.

Sí se pega pero tienes que pegarlo al instante. Si te esperas 1 minuto ya no se pega tan bien. Tengo que usar esparadrapo en la zona de la clavícula pero es razonable. Lo he vuelto a probar y da más calor. Lo usé para dormir y no se me despegó.

me gusta porque alivia mi dolor de espalda es fácil de usar, dejas 8 hrs y luego lo quitas
