It’s small but effective.
My advice would be to use it at night. It’s not a very good cream for base underneath makeup or even under sunscreen. If you want something azelaic under you sun protection, I’d go for something else (like a serum). There’s so many good products with azelaic acid nowadays so it shouldn’t be a problem to find one that works for you ❤️ -

It has a lightweight cream consistency that is emolliant without being greasy but spreads extremely easily on the skin. Once applied, there is no unpleasant feel on the skin. Very impressed with this formula considering the high percentage of azelaic acid.

El tubo es pequeño pero rinde bastante, su textura es como crema seca y es fácil de esparcir. Yo lo usaba con la piel seca, a veces notaba un poco de picor pero con el paso de los minutos desaparecia (mi piel es muy sensible), no me provocó brotes.

Tengo la piel sensible y con tendencia al acné, así que me picaba en las zonas que lo aplicaba. Pero nada exagerado, con un hidratante más denso evitaba que se me irritará. Lo vo volveré a comprar porque sí que he visto cambios.
PD. He visto que hay gente que comenta que el ac azelaico al 20% tiene un efecto similar a la hidroquinona. -
DeAnnamy new HG azelaic acid!May 1, 2026this has quickly replaced all other azelaic acid products that I've ever used and is a HG product for me (sensitive/acne prone with redness/flushing). the formulation is so light and creamy. it goes on smoothly, doesn't cause itching/burning (tho tbf, I've been using aa 20% for a year now), and isn't oily, chalky, or gritty like some of the other formulations I've tried. the price point is also amazing!!!! my go to before trying this brand is more than twice as expensive for an even smaller amount!
