Kose - Ceramiaid Skin Cream

A generous amount from what I paid, on sale, and even more pleasant upon application. It's a thicker cream but once rubbed in it's lighter than expected, but stills feels impactful. I've never done slugging, though, I can imagine this would be a lighter and effective version as it has vaseline and ceramides in it.

I wouldn't say it's moisturizing per se but more like a sealant after a good routine.
Yet, my dry acne prone skin enjoys using it. Non clogging, lighter weight and I feel it helps whatever routine I use and aids in healing and locking it in.

I can use it back to back in my night routine and no issues occur; only when my routine lacks a bit of moisture I can wake up to a tad bit dryish cheeks and forehead where it falls under vey dry.

Skin type: dry/very dry or dry to normal at it healthiest, acne-eczema prone sensitive skin.

I have eczema and need to use products with no fragrance that soothe the skin. This formula offers it all! It has ceramide, amino acid and Vaseline in it. Highly recommend to those needing a gentle, nourishing cream with no fragrance.

Best for healing irritation! Use whenever you over-exfoliated or after shaving to prevent dryness and irritation! Love it.

It is really great, i have an oily skin so I use it only on my period, where the skin tend to be dryer, and it is just fantastic

It is a thick texture,and it works wonders on very dry skin.

I’ve tried the cerave ointment before and that broke me out :( so I’ve been avoiding using any ointments due to worries about acne. But then I started using differin and the skin around my eyes would sting from irritation, so I realized I needed something occlusive to protect my eyes and take care of any shedding when using adapelene. Omg and I am SO glad I discovered this!!! It’s very moisturizing and didn’t giving little bumps/ congestion, plus my eyes didn’t get irritated at all after using this with differin!!! I would highly recommend!!! Plus I think it’s a little lighter in weight/ greasiness than Vaseline but still similar in use!!!!

this helps to resore my skin when I used to much harsh peelings and masks. inexpensive and good value.

As I read in another review this has an occlusive feel like Vaseline. It has ceramides too. I use it on my lips and in dry areas. it does seem lighter than just Vaseline and melts into my skin

OMG!!! I love this cream!!! I have been hoarding this for decades on my trips to Japan and I am thrilled Yesstyle carries the big tubs now. This is similar to the CeraVe Healing Ointment but with additional benefits. The product is thick, rich and highly moisturizing. I use this on my face, elbows, feet, lips and anywhere my skin needs extra TLC. This is a lifesaver during the winter when my skin is extremely parched from indoor heating. I sometimes use it as an overnight mask or for slugging to seal everything in. Even my 84 year old mother swears by this and uses it daily. The tubes are great for travel but I keep multiple tubs at home because I never want to run out.

I think this product will work best for dry to very dry skin as the occlusivity will suffocate oily and combination skin.

As the description states, this is a vaseline product with additional skin-loving ingredients. It's perfect for people who have some extra dry spots they want to treat with a bit more TLC, or people who take the slugging approach to skincare. Super gentle as well! I've already repurchased to ensure I don't run out.
