It’s actually very comfortable and velvet like once it has absorbed a little. I have acne prone and extremely dehydrated skin that tends to flake easily, and this product works great in calming my skin and restoring my skin barrier. I absolutely recommend!

It’s absolutely amazing for wintertime, and it will work wonderfully if your skin isn't prone to breakouts. Personally, it caused a few minor breakouts for me, but at the same time, it did an incredible job of soothing and calming my skin. It's a bit too rich for me right now, so I’m definitely saving the rest of it for winter!

michellenhud...hydrating balmJune 15, 2026i LOVE this balm. it's extremely thick so definitely not for oily skin types, but i have dry skin and live in the desert. it's greasy, similar to a mix between vaseline and cetaphil. it doesn't truly absorb in but i use it as a final occlusive layer
