Cherry WangGreat hydrating toner!July 9, 2017A great hydrating toner with no scent. It doesn't leave a sticky feeling afterwards. As for whitening, I haven't used it long enough to notice but I like it. Way better than any western drugstore toner (ie. L'Oreal, Garnier)
