I first found these patches when I was visiting Japan and sore all over from walking all day. I bought a large supply before heading back home but eventually ran out. Then, I was lucky enough to find them available here! These patches really do help pain and discomfort melt away while giving a focused cooling sensation on the area of the patch. I use these any time I'm having lower back or shoulder pain and they work wonders. When my stock gets lower, I will absolutely be ordering more of these!

The best patches for tired sore feet. After a very tiring day at work it's the best thing,they offer a cooling sensation that lasts about 10 min, after that my feet feel so relieved ( My work demands many hours of standing). I also use them to relieve leg pain caused by walking many steps, when I travel as they are small and don't take up a lot of space.
