la méthode est très simple :
Sur une culotte propre, dépose 1 seule goutte sur le tissu. Tu peux éventuellement passer à 2 gouttes maximum si tu trouves le parfum trop léger. La notice indique bien 1 à 2 gouttes sur les sous-vêtements.
Pendant les règles, tu peux mettre 1 à 2 gouttes sur la protection hygiénique.
Tu peux également l'utiliser comme un petit parfum corporel : 1 goutte sur le poignet ou derrière les oreilles.
