It’s very thin and full of product and it stays on for many hours. I think it’s waterproof because you have to rub it very welll to cleanse the areas -

opheliazhang0...Budget friendly, Fine Line, QualityJanuary 5, 2026I've used a couple of MQNY products now, and have found them to be amazing quality-to-price ratio products.
This eyeliner doesn't smudge, will last you the day, and so easy to work with, as it's not ever too dry, too wet.
It will stay on, but it can be comfortably removed too with makeup remover.
It applys enough product so that I can do bolder eyeliner, but fine enough, I can use it to draw on lower lashes without looking like it's overdoing it.
This is a review for the first purchase, but it's got such great quality for it's low price, it's a permanent addition for the easy-travel makeup. Plus, the price is so good, it won't make you cry if you lose it the first time (like me). -
