MariaVA new staple for my oily skinDecember 29, 2024I have tried other skincare powders, such as the one from Canmake and Suppin. I liked Canmake, but it’s become too expebsive for the amount. Suppun made me shiny in no time. I discovered that what my favorite powders have in common is talc among their ingredients. A controversial ingredient, but it really works. Anyone who knows what it’s like to blot and powder a truly oily skin understands the cost-benefit analysis inbolved: it may not be entirely safe, but it keeps me longer between touch-ups. Plus, if it’s a compact, the danger of inhaling is minimal. This particilar powder, however, has salicylic acid as its first ingreadient, and it works wonders. It lasts a good amount of time, and probably fights acne (hard to prove this one unless you have a lab, but seems plausible). I apply a sleeping pack after my cream, and sleepung pacs tendvyo be sticky. Setting the cream with this powder before spplying my sleeping pack helps s lot. I’ll repurchase if the price won’t go up too much.
