it glides along the lips in a good way (?) with other lip balms I've had issues where it always feels oily or like theres too much product on my lips no matter how much I've applied or how little. with this it just hydrates, like absorbs into the lips and doesnt sit on top awkwardly.
definitely only using japanese lip balms now I think -
