Astrid Van DaelmehJune 12, 2024The shakes stay very thin (unlike most protein drinks I’ve tried) and don’t actually contain much protein per serving (only 8,3 grams). There’s also not much flavor to the ones I’ve tried (cookies&cream and yoghurt strawberry). If I were blindfolded I highly doubt I could tell you the rught flavor of maybe even tell them apart. Might still try the mint one, as mint should be a strong flavor in and of itself.
