Questo balsamo struccante mi ha conquistato fin dal primo utilizzo. Appena lo si preleva dal barattolo ha una consistenza compatta e vellutata, quasi burrosa, che si scioglie al contatto con le dita trasformandosi in un olio morbido e avvolgente. L’applicazione è una piccola cerimonia di benessere: il prodotto scivola sulla pelle con una facilità sorprendente e scioglie il trucco senza alcuno sforzo, persino quello più ostinato e waterproof.

La parte più bella è la sensazione sulla pelle. Non tira, non brucia, non appesantisce. Sembra fare il suo lavoro con la calma sapiente di un prodotto che conosce bene la delicatezza del viso. Massaggiarlo è quasi terapeutico; il trucco si dissolve come neve al sole e, quando si aggiunge un po’ d’acqua, il balsamo si emulsiona diventando una crema setosa che si risciacqua in pochi istanti.

I love the packing on this one! I love the flip cap, the little scoop, and the scoop magnetizes to the lid! it’s genius! I never used the scoop on the clean it zero because it was annoying.

The texture is lovely and super soft and melty and removes makeup well. I don’t recall any strong smell at all. I will be repurchasing.

Performance-wise, it’s excellent. It melts down every bit of makeup, even waterproof, without leaving residue, and best of all, it doesn’t sting my eyes. After rinsing, my skin feels soft and clean, never stripped or greasy.
I love it so much that I’ve already bought multiple backups, just in case it ever gets discontinued. I sure hope it doesn't. It’s rare to find a cleansing balm that combines smart packaging, effective cleansing, and a genuinely enjoyable experience, but this one delivers on all counts.

This is so good. It's got an amazing texture and turns into a thin oil then an thin milk that rinses off easily. It really does a good job at cleaning your skin and removing makeup. It's feels so lush.
