    This “cream” is more of a watery gel. The texture reminds me of aloe vera. It still does a good job at hydrating (I tried it in two different climates and it did well in both low + high humidity for me). I did not experience any breakouts using this. Tea Tree Extract mostly helps with soothing properties mostly (tea tree oil is for acne) - if the company makes a good extract, Tea Tree Extract can also be antibacterial and help acne.
