dizzymartiankittyPeachy C waterproof fixxy liner in #01 BlackSeptember 15, 2025This liner applies super dark and lasts all day without smudging or fading and I have oily eyelids. It's a fine tip eyeliner, so great for a more subtle eyeliner look or for the waterline. I've used it on my lids and along the waterline and it doesn't budge. You definitely need to use makeup remover and an oil cleanser to remove it, but it's so worth it for me. Will definitely repurchase and look at the other colours, too.

It doesn’t budge with water or oil😱 unless you touch it! No smearing, no melting onto your lower lashes. Winter or summer, it holds up. This might be my 5th repurchase because my best friends and sister keep snatching mine 😅 it’s that good! 😊
