I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't tried a lot of sleeping masks before, but I found it similar to a nice rich moisturizer with a bit more of an oily finish—not in a bad way, but similar to the finish I get when I use a cream and then a face oil on top. This is one step that feels like you've really nourished the skin and locked in moisture, so it's fantastic before bed when skin is feeling dry or irritated. I use it on chest and hands as well as the price is so reasonable.
