It doesn't really work over my makeup (makes it patchy) so it's more been used for weekends and when I'm not wearing makeup. I can't tell if it makes a difference in my skins health.

In the winter I can mist between skincare steps and lock in moisture. It seems to calm my redness as well.

I apply this right after showering to keep my face from drying out. The spray nozzle is smooth to press and comes out with very fine mist particles! i apply this at night before serum and moisturizer. 10/10 great to use in dry climates to refresh the skin :)
