I was a bit worried about the exfoliating ingredients in here since I mainly bought it for the calming and soothing aspects and exfoliation didn't necessarily fit with that since it can irritate skin. So i was a bit worried of overexfoliating. But it is great. This helps not only with heat but also with redness and itchiness so I would recommend. It smells a bit herbal-y but I like the smell. I am just letting you know, in case you were sensitive.
