LaurenWonderful supplement to anti-acne routineApril 7, 2025I have dry combo, acne-prone skin and I am able to use this every morning without irritating my skin. It is a great, gentle supplement to a routine with more potent anti-acne products (benzoyl peroxide wash, adapalene, bha) and it provides some soothing as well. It is more effective and less oily than standard tea tree oil, although it still smells like tea tree oil (which I don’t mind, but I know a lot of people dislike it). I haven’t found another serum like it!

I love how easy it is to apply, and despite being effective, it doesn’t feel harsh or drying on my skin. It helps calm down redness and breakouts without stripping moisture, which is a big plus.

It has herbs scent, which I like, I have a feeling like I’m using some medicine from pharmacy (in a good way).
You need 2-3 drops for full face. It really lightweight, what I like! -

It’s a nice acne treatment serum also giving hydration and nourishment. For severe hormonal acne, you might want something strong for faster results as I feel this focuses more on treating fungal acne and prevention. -

I use it both as an active acne spot treatment as well as a preventative step to minimize future breakouts and it has served me pretty well! only downside is that it's a bit more expensive but if you buy it when it's on offer and stock up then it's definitely worth it!

He uses adapalene and can’t tolerate any other actives (such as benzoyl peroxide or exfoliants). this has worked well with the adapalene and has definitely helped with irritation and acne. I’ve used it as well, I’ll be buying back-ups as we both love it!

Ivy VasilevaMuch better for soothing pimplesNovember 23, 2023I decided I wanted to compare this product with another one, both marketed for prevention and soothing pimples and acne. While the AC spot cream from Iunik did absolutely nothing for me and pimples went and come as they pleased as much as I used that product this one is different. I already knew that my pimples react well (as they get less inflamed and shrink faster) when I use tea tree oil. But the oil itself is very fatty and smells horrible, even if I spot treat it never fully absorbs and the smell lingers for hours. This product do have that distinct smell of tea tree but not so strong as the oil itself. It does sooth my irritated area and the pimples do get smaller when I use persistently. Although it does not prevent from new break outs to form it does a great job of “containing the damage”. I will be repurchasing.

Aliceintherabbitholeexcellent serum for acneAugust 30, 2023this serum has been amazing for my acne-prone skin! I started with a mini of this and upgraded to the full size. I confess I was surprised by the difference in smell with the full size? it has a strong astringent scent to it. Still, it works very well for me and seems to help reduce my breakouts. I would say seems to be effective at reducing the spread of bacteria, which makes sense given the tea tree constituent used in the product.
